Help support by providing ID checks and selling beer. Volunteers will be expected to handle cash transactions and keep a running tally of sales. There will be a safe and accountabale system for tracking and recording of money and beverage sold.
Hospitality
Help
us provide friendly Southern Hospitality for festival-goers, volunteers, hot air balloon pilots and their crew. If you like being of service with a smile, this is the team for you. You will answer questions, help folks find their way or assist other volunteers. Duties may include checking-in volunteers, directing them to their assigned site, assisting in the balloon pilot tent, running errands on the festival grounds, supporting other volunteers by filling in during a bathroom break or even taking a volunteer post on another team if someone doesn't show up. Whatever the need, the hospitality team is ready to serve. Flexibility and a willingness to help are the hallmarks of fine hospitality.
Admission and Ticket Sales
If you have adult experience in banking or retail, can handle crowded lines with aplomb, take in money and make correct change in record time, then this team is for you. Volunteers will be expected to handle cash transactions, make correct change, provide service with a smile and keep the lines moving fast. There will be a safe and accountable system for tracking and recording cash and tickets. |
