Tickets for Carolina BalloonFest 2025 will be available starting April 17th! 

All ticket types, pricing, and event details will be released at that time, so mark your calendars and get ready to plan your weekend of high-flying fun! RV FAQs

  • Check-In Times:

    • Thursday, October 16 | 12 PM – 6 PM

    • Friday, October 17 | Starting at 9 AM

    Gates Open to the Public:

    • Friday, October 17 @ 3 PM

    RV Parking Includes:

    • Overnight parking for TWO nights:
      ✔️ Friday, October 17
      ✔️ Saturday, October 18

    Departure:

    • All RV guests must vacate the grounds after the event ends on Sunday, October 19.

  • All RVs must arrive during check-in hours and depart after the event concludes on Sunday.

  • 20 foot x 50 foot

  • Generators are permitted but no operation is permitted during “Quiet Hours” from 10pm-6am.

  • Pets are permitted in the campground area only. No pets are permitted inside the event grounds at any time.

  • Only one tow vehicle is permitted in the campground area.

  • There are presently no discounts offered for RV Camping.

  • Standard RV sites are NOT recommended for RV Travel Trailers & 5th Wheel units larger than 35’ and Class A Motor Coaches.
